Service Description

SocialDrop is a social media automation platform that publishes content to Instagram on behalf of local service businesses. We provide AI-generated captions, scheduling, and automated publishing.

Account Requirements

• You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account
• You must have the right to post content you upload
• You are responsible for the content published through your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SocialDrop to publish content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Publishing depends on third-party APIs (Instagram, Zernio) which may experience downtime.

Limitation of Liability

SocialDrop is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from missed posts, incorrect captions, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
